The promotion is organized by Global World Center, a limited liability company with the registered office in Czeladź, ul. Mysłowicka 40. The promotion lasts from June 15^th, 2007 through December 31^th, 2007. The promotion is intended only for new users who register on the GlobalJobHouse.com service website during the promotion period. The equivalent of 10 USD will be added to the GlobalJobHouse account of every promotion participant who registers on the GlobalJobHouse.com service website during the promotion period. The user may apply the received points only to purchase services according to the valid GlobalJobHouse.com price list. The user may use the promotion points during the promotion period. Any customers’ complaints concerning the promotion may be submitted in writing by registered letter to the address:

A complaint should contain the name, surname or business name of the GlobalJobHouse user and description of the complaint. Complaints shall be considered by the Promotion Commission within 21 days after the date of receipt. The user shall be informed in writing about the complaint settlement. No claims concerning the promotion can be lodged later than 15 days after the promotion end.
The contents of these Regulations are available in the Global World Center registered office. These Regulations are the only document specifying the promotion rules. Every promotion organized by Global World Center is independent and based on its individual regulations. Promotions organized by Global World Center are not combinable.
These Regulations are governed by the Polish law. The common court of material jurisdiction shall be competent to resolve any disputes which might arise during the promotion execution.
