1. General provisions
1.1. Definitions
1.1.1. Service Provider - Global Word Center (Limited Liability Company);
1.1.2. User - legal or natural person or organizational unit which has no legal personality (no corporate status) but has the legal capacity.
1.1.3. GlobalJobHouse.com referred to hereinafter as the System is the property of Global World Center sp. z o.o.
1.2. Other provisions
1.2.1. Services available through the System are provided by Global World Center
1.2.2. This Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the User's use of services made available through the System. Services made available through the System may be used provided that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are accepted by the User.
1.2.3. By acceptance of this Agreement the User agrees that his / her use of the System is subject to the provisions of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1.2.4. Services offered by the System are available to persons over 18 years of age. If the User registers as a business entity, he / she declares that he / she is duly authorized to bind the said entity by the provisions hereof.
2. User's Name
2.1. On registration the User shall be assigned the User's Name. The User is liable for all actions taken under his/ her User's Name. The User shall be responsible for protection and security of the User's Name. The User shall not disclose or assign his / her User's Name to any third parties. The User must enter his / her correct contact details (name, surname, address, e-mail) when activating the Service. Should untrue details be entered and thus provisions of the Regulations be violated, the Service Provider is entitled to block and discontinue the Service.
3. Rights and obligations of the Service Provider
3.1. The System operates as a venue where registered Users can offer, sell and purchase services. The Service Provider does not control transactions made and does not get involved in the transactions concluded between buyers and sellers. The Service Provider does not, therefore, control the quality, security and legality of the services offered, the sellers' and buyers' entitlements to sell or buy the particular services. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the buyer and seller will actually enter into and finalize a given transaction. The User shall be solely responsible for legality of his / her transactions.
3.2. The User shall be solely responsible for the information provided by him / her. The Service Provider acts as a passive transmitter of the information disseminated online, publishing the User's information.
3.3. Numerous techniques are applied to verify the accuracy of information provided by Users during their registration in the System. However, because of difficulties connected with the User verification on the Internet, the Service Provider does not give any guarantee of the truthfulness of the identity claimed by Users during their registration (validity of the information entered in the System) or accordance of the information provided with the actual status.
3.4. The Service Provider is entitled, without prejudice to its other rights, to issue a warning, suspend or stop the User's registration process with immediate effect and refuse to provide our services to the User without notifying him / her thereof in the following situations: (a) if the User is in breach of this Agreement or documents incorporated herein by reference; (b) if any information provided by the User cannot be verified or attested; or (c) if we believe that actions taken by the User may subject the User him/ herself, our other Users or ourselves to legal liability.
3.5. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, undisturbed or safe access to the services provided and the System operation may be disrupted by numerous factors beyond the Service Provider's control. With regard to the above any claims of the User concerning the due diligence and timely service provision are hereby excluded.
3.6. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any business losses (including: loss of income, benefits, contracts, business or commercial transactions or anticipated savings), loss of the company goodwill or reputation or for any special indirect or consequential damage (no matter how it occurred, including omission), arising from this Agreement or in connection therewith.
3.7. The Service Provider shall not disclose the User's personal data to any third parties, excluding the situations described in the Confidentiality Principles. Further information can be obtained by reading the Confidentiality Principles. The User please be hereby informed that you have the right of access to all personal data which you provided yourself and the right to update or correct such data.
4. Rights and obligations of the User
4.1. The User, in the capacity of a seller and / or a buyer, shall be entitled to sell and / or buy any type of services within the particular transaction and shall furthermore guarantee that the sale and / or purchase of such services from / to other entities is legal. All services shall be posted in appropriate categories.
4.2. The User is not allowed to manipulate the price of any service or disrupt transactions carried out by other Users.
4.3. Information provided by the User as well as his / her operations in the System shall not:
4.3.1. be untrue, imprecise or misleading;
4.3.2. be insulting, threatening, abusive, defamatory to others and shall not infringe any copyrights, violate privacy and confidentiality or any other rights;
4.3.3. cause infringement of third party copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, confidential business information or other property rights or public image, privacy or confidentiality rights;
4.3.4. be deceiving or be connected with sale of forged or stolen objects;
4.3.5. infringe any applicable legal regulations (including in particular: customs regulations, consumer protection, unfair competition or non-discrimination regulations), licences or third party rights;
4.3.6. be of obscene, indecent nature or contain elements of child pornography;
4.3.7. subject us to liability or cause our loss (wholly or in part) of services provided by our Internet service providers, or other suppliers / service providers;
4.3.8. contain computer viruses, macro viruses, "Trojan horses", worms or any other elements created to disturb, disrupt or interrupt usual computer operating procedures or to secretly intercept, gain unauthorized access to or deprive of possession of systems, personal data and information;
4.3.9. cause disturbances in the operation of the System, its destruction or operate in the manner causing deterioration of its effectiveness and functionality.
4.4. The User must not post in the System services (or finalize transactions initiated by our service) which might cause violation of any applicable legal regulations.
4.5. The User must not post on the Service Provider's server any graphic materials which can be sources of third party Internet services.
4.6. In order to enable the Service Provider to use the User's information, this User grants hereby the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited in time, irrevocable, free of charge and sub-licensable licence to exercise copyrights and other related rights, advertising and database rights which the User has with regard to its User's Information for any currently known media. The use of the User's information shall be subject to Confidentiality Principles.
4.7. Should any User's claim, right or action against any other User arise in connection with the manner in which the latter uses the System, such claim, right or action shall be solely the matter between these entities. The User, as a potential party to such dispute, waives all and any recourse claims against the Service Provider.
5. Payments and invoices
5.1. Unless provided otherwise - all charges are payable in USD. No matter whether the User acts as an entrepreneur or otherwise, his / her transactions may be subject to VAT or other taxes.
5.2. Payments made in other currencies shall be converted to USD at the buying exchange rate, updated once a month on the basis of the National Bank of Poland exchange rate table; in addition, 0.5% margin shall be charged.
5.3. Upon receipt of the confirmation of payment for the service, the Service Provider shall issue a VAT invoice dated on the day of receipt of the payment confirmation. The Buyer shall not make any modification in the order or cancel an order already placed.
6. Communication
6.1. Unless explicitly provided otherwise, any notices to the Service Provider shall be sent by electronic mail to the address:

6.2. Notices to the User shall be sent to the e-mail address given to the Service Provider by the User on registration. A notice is deemed as served 24 hours after it has been sent by electronic mail unless we are informed about the delivery failure or incorrect e-mail address.
6.3. Any changes in the Confidentiality Principles and Payment Terms shall be communicated for the Users' information with 30 days' notice. Other changes shall take effect immediately after their announcement.
6.4. Any modifications to the contents of this Agreement are permissible at any time by notifying the User thereof by e-mail and by placing the modified version of the Agreement in the System. Any changed version of the Agreement shall govern new User registrations, from the date it has been made available to the public. A modified Agreement shall commence to be binding on the existing Users 30 (thirty) days after the date of notification.
6.5. Users' advertisements or completed auctions may be deleted from the System after the expiry of one (1) year.
7. Agreement termination
7.1 The Service Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement at a one-month notice without giving any reasons for the termination.
7.2. Furthermore, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Agreement wit immediate effect in the event of breach of any Regulations or applicable laws and in particular if the Service is not used in conformity with its purpose. In such situation the Service Provider will not be obliged to return the fee paid for the period during which the Services are not provided.
8. Other provisions
This Agreement shall be governed by the Polish law and the court for the town / city of the Company registration shall be competent to resolve disputes arising from the Agreement.
