Below you can see the course of service buying process by posting an advertisement by a service buyer as well as description of each step:
Waiting: it is the phase of your advertisement when you decide on later publishing. System will automatically publish your advertisement at the time chosen by you and at the same moment it will become available for all users of GlobalJobHouse platform.
Offering: Your advertisement is published in a public panel and all users of GlobalJobHouse can browse it. Remember that you can cancel your offer any time you want choosing ‘cancel offer’ in a bookmark ‘my placed offers’. System will be publishing your advertisement as long as you stated. After this time the advertisement will automatically go to the next phase - Awarding in which you will be able to choose one of the bidders.
Awarding: Your advertisement is not being published any more and GlobalJobHouse users cannot make an offer or browse its content any more. Explore carefully all offers and choose the one which is the most convenient in your opinion. Remember, you can choose no bidder but after set time the system will automatically cancel your advertisement.
Work: If your advertisement is in this phase, it means your bidder should be working on the commission at the moment. Time of this phase depends on parameters chosen during advertisements defining and on the offer which you accepted as the best. If in the offer chosen by you completion time is different from the time set by you during defining advertisement - system will automatically take into consideration the time set by your bidder.
Feedback: After the time set for work, system will automatically put your advertisement into a phase of waiting for feedback. It will stay there as long as both sides mark and comment on each other. Remember to care about the fact that service buyer as well as service provider should mark and comment on each other- you build up your references and brand among other users of GlobalJobHouse.
Closed: When service buyer and service provider marked and commented on each other, the advertisement automatically go to phase Closed.
Canceled: This phase means that at some point you canceled your advertisement. Remember that you can do it when the advertisement is in the phase of

Awarding. Remember that using this option too often may influence on your credibility among other users of GlobalJobHouse.

Awarding: As opposed to an advertisement, here the system automatically chooses the winner who accepted commission at the lowest price, in other words whose offer was the best. After choosing the winner auction automatically goes to phase - Work.
Work: If your auction is in this phase, it means that the winner should be working on the commission at the moment. Time of this phase depends on parameters chosen during auction defining.
